3. Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products/services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer by the seller but serves to invite the customer to submit a binding offer.
3.2. The customer can submit the offer via the integrated online order form. After placing the selected items into the virtual shopping cart and completing the ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding contract offer by clicking the button that concludes the ordering process.
3.3. The seller may accept the customer's offer within five days:
• by sending a written order confirmation or a confirmation in text form (email), in which case the receipt by the customer is decisive, or
• by delivering the ordered goods to the customer, in which case the receipt of the goods is decisive, or
• by requesting payment from the customer after the order is placed. If more than one of these options occurs, the contract is concluded at the time the first occurs. The period for acceptance begins the day after the offer is sent by the customer and ends at the close of the fifth day. If the seller does not accept the offer within this period, the offer is considered rejected, and the customer is no longer bound by their declaration.
3.4. When placing an order via the online order form, the seller will save the contract text and send it to the customer after order submission via email. Further accessibility is not provided. If the customer has created a user account before placing the order, the order details will be archived and can be accessed via the password-protected customer account.
3.5. Before the binding submission of the order, the customer can identify and correct input errors by carefully reading the on-screen information. A helpful technical means can be the browser’s zoom function. The customer can correct entries using standard keyboard and mouse functions until clicking the final order button.
3.6. The contract can be concluded in different languages, as specified in the shop.
3.7. Order processing and communication generally take place via email. The customer must ensure the accuracy of their email address and that they can receive emails from the seller. In particular, when using spam filters, the customer must ensure that emails from the seller or its service providers are delivered.
